At this year’s annual Field Service USA event, hosted by Worldwide Business Research and attended by industry leaders like FedEx, GE, Ford, Oracle and Salesforce, our Syncron team led an hour-long workshop centering around future trends and technologies and their potential impact on field service. The workshop was divided into four rotating discussion corners: 3D Printing, Internet of Things (IoT), Driverless Cars & Drones and Augmented & Virtual Reality.
